Club Concierge

Job Title: Club Concierge About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Club Concierge to join our team at Invited in Farmers Branch, Texas. As a Club Concierge, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. Key Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless experience throughout their visit. * Direct members and guests to their destinations within the club, providing business and concierge services as needed. * Inform members and guests of club services, features, and upcoming events, both in person and over the phone. * Assist members in scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services, adhering to club standards. * Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and free of debris, ensuring supplies are stocked for members and guests. * Accommodate member and guest requests for business services, including faxing, copying, mailing, and other concierge services. * Assist with member experience initiatives, such as the club newsletter, message on hold, and website calendar. Requirements: * Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role. * Service-oriented mindset and ability to make every guest feel valued. * Strong communication skills in verbal, written, phone, text, and social media communications. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Competent in working with multiple systems, including Microsoft Office Suite. * Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. * High school diploma or equivalent.
