Job Summary

CareMate Wellness Solutions LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Assistant to provide personalized support and care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide non-medical personal care services, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as meal preparation, mobility monitoring, and medication reminders
  • Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, using established care plans and protocols
  • Maintain a safe and healthy client environment, adhering to agency standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with family members and primary caregivers to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance job knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • 6 months or more of prior direct caregiving experience, with some training provided
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented approach
  • Patience, compassion, and empathy when working with elderly and/or disabled clients
  • Dependable and reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license
  • Background eligibility requirements, as per agency standards
