Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a partnering hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating respiratory care services for individual patients and their families. This will include responding to medical emergencies, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and providing education to patients and families on respiratory care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide respiratory care services, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
  • Perform routine maintenance on respiratory equipment
  • Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care
Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • 12 years minimum acute care experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Active Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
