Job Overview

Position: Laborer/Pipefitter/Millwright

Company: WGK Construction, a reputable and expanding firm led by two Principal Engineers with extensive experience in the Water/Wastewater sector.

Location: Headquartered in Virginia, with projects throughout Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Role Summary: We are seeking skilled laborers to fill positions as millwrights and pipefitters at various job sites focused on water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in water/wastewater plants and pump stations is preferred; however, candidates with pipefitting experience from other sectors will be considered.
  • Willingness to travel across Virginia is essential; a generous per diem is provided.
  • OSHA 10 certification is required; training will be provided if not currently held.
  • A valid driving record, successful drug screening, and authorization to work in the United States are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive weekly pay.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities twice a year.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • 80 hours of paid time off annually, plus 7 paid holidays.
