Dermatology LVN

This is a casual position that will work approximately 16 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule located at our Scripps Clinic in La Jolla. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm, mainly supporting physicians with various procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families and document patient interactions.
- Practice infection control and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.
- Current California LVN license.
- American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- One year of outpatient experience as LVN or LPN.
- Experience in an outpatient setting.
