Detox LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hotel California by the Sea, a leading dual-diagnosis drug and alcohol treatment center. This position is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients in our detox program, including assessing their physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring their progress throughout their stay.

• Assess and document client vital signs and withdrawal management screenings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report any changes in client status or condition
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to achieve desired outcomes

In addition to these responsibilities, we are looking for an LPN who can provide education and support to clients, communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

• Current LPN license in the state of OH
• 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a detox or addiction recovery environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
