Job Summary
War Eagle Creative at Auburn University is eager to initiate the search for an intern to support the development of sports video content. Temporary Employment Services (TES), a division of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, functions as an internal support center designed to fulfill the temporary staffing requirements of the university. TES recruits skilled and committed temporary personnel across a diverse range of roles to address the staffing demands throughout the campus. Temporary positions are filled for various reasons, including:
- Covering for regular employees who are temporarily unavailable
- Providing additional support during peak workload periods
- Assisting with special projects
- Seasonal employment
- Responding to emergencies
Note: AU student employees are not eligible for TES.
Key Responsibilities
- Capturing live sporting events, interviews, and other scheduled productions with a focus on post-production.
- Editing a diverse array of content for all of Auburn Athletics' social media channels and sports venues, including promotional videos, highlight reels, cinematic recaps, features, television programs, and more.
- Participating in the entire creative workflow, from brainstorming and storyboarding to the execution of video projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Experience in shooting and editing sports-related content.
$14.00/hour
Work Schedule:
7:45 a.m. - 4:45 p.m., Monday to Friday, with evenings and weekends as necessary.
