Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for rendering nursing care to clients in a correctional facility, working under the direction of a registered nurse. The ideal candidate will possess a valid, unrestricted LPN license, current CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to clients in a correctional setting, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct health assessments, identify health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
