Millennium Physician Group is actively looking for a dedicated full-time Licensed Physical Rehabilitation Specialist to enhance our Physical Therapy team. What distinguishes Millennium Physician Group from other rehabilitation providers is our commitment to a Value-Based Program. This approach emphasizes quality, outcomes, and service while maintaining a mindful approach to healthcare expenditures. We are motivated to deliver more effective care without the burdensome billing and scheduling practices often seen in the industry. Our team, led by Physical Therapists, prioritizes patient recovery and is highly regarded by our leadership and medical staff.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve patient care beyond the scope of physical therapy by collaborating with our primary care team to enhance the overall health and wellness of our patients. Our focus is on personalized treatment plans, ensuring that patients receive the necessary resources to facilitate their healing process. As a Physical Rehabilitation Specialist at Millennium Physician Group, you will manage an average of 10 patients daily, with appointments scheduled approximately every 45 minutes. Each session is conducted one-on-one, without the use of aides or technicians, allowing you the time needed to provide comprehensive support and fostering a pace that enhances job satisfaction.

Qualifications:
