This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000.00, payable upon hire.

Qualifications

Education: Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.

Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills and Abilities: The candidate should demonstrate the ability to provide comprehensive patient care with a focus on both patient and family perspectives. Must recognize and respond to situational changes requiring immediate interventions with confidence and adaptability. Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records and communication tools, is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for developing rapport with patients, team members, and physicians. The ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively is crucial.

Licensure and Certification: A valid Registered Nurse license from the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association are required.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

The role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach overhead, and twist frequently throughout the workday. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. from the floor, lifting up to 20 lbs. overhead, and moving up to 40 lbs. a reasonable distance.
