Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in a positive, courteous, and enthusiastic manner to all employees, clients, and the community.
- Contribute to the branch's success by being a team player and supporting the goals of the branch with proactive activities.
- Achieve individual sales/referral goals by consistently expanding the client relationship through quality conversations.
- Utilize the client's relationship profile to uncover additional needs and offer referrals for additional products/services.
- Open new consumer and business accounts, including IRAs, following our Life Design sales process, and effectively cross-sell bank products and services.
- Accept and underwrite consumer loans within scope of authority.
- Process all teller transactions efficiently and in accordance with standard operating procedures and Fidelity Bank Policies.
- Promote mortgage, consumer, and commercial loan activities.
- Balance teller drawer daily and adhere to our Teller Accuracy Standards Policy.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information and security of the branch.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of all Bank products and services.
- Conduct outbound phone calls to clients to deepen relationships.
To be successful in this role, you must have a High School Diploma and one year of customer service or related experience.
