Job Title: Registered Nurse

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to patients in Metuchen, New Jersey.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress and updates in the electronic medical record
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in home health care
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • 1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse, preferably in home health or med-surg
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
