Job Details:

Starting compensation is $22.00/hr, with the potential to increase to $24.00/hr after a brief introductory period. Our incentive program allows you to earn up to $33.00/hr.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Working in temperature-controlled environments, including freezers and coolers.
  • Performing physical tasks, including lifting items up to 75 pounds consistently.
  • Receiving training on electric pallet jacks.
  • Engaging in order selection, loading, and receiving processes.

Work Schedule:
We offer a four-day work week, with shifts available from Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday. The first shift operates from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

We provide health benefits for you and your family within 30 days of employment, with paydays occurring every Friday. Our 401(k) plan includes company matching, and uniforms along with work boots are provided after 90 days of service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills for accurate order fulfillment and efficient operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes.
  • Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks.
  • Prior experience in shipping and receiving, with knowledge of stock management and quality control.

Skills Required:
  • Experience in order picking within a warehouse setting.
  • Mechanical knowledge for operating equipment.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting.
  • Understanding of shipping and receiving protocols.
  • Attention to detail for accurate order processing.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy work environment.

Please note that this role demands the ability to perform heavy lifting and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred.

Position Summary:
Responsible for receiving, selecting, storing, and loading products and materials while safely operating all material handling equipment and maintaining a clean work area in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Under supervision, pick, lift, carry, and place products to accurately fulfill customer orders in various temperature environments.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and accuracy.
  • Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area using appropriate cleaning materials.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
