Join Our Team: Leasing Agent Position Available

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team at BECO Asset Management's Suffolk, Virginia apartment community. As a leasing agent, you will play a critical role in showcasing our properties and providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for marketing units, touring prospects, and leasing apartments as needed. A flexible schedule is required, including some weekend work. Hourly rate: $15-$20 plus commission-based bonuses for new and renewal leases.
