Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation: $56,500.00 Annually

Objective: The Operational Training Venue Support team is dedicated to empowering all gaming and hospitality staff in the South Region, ensuring each team member possesses the necessary skills to thrive in their roles and provide outstanding guest experiences. This position reports directly to the Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement training programs for management and staff to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Instruct on essential safety measures, hospitality practices, department-specific procedures, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and monitor adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain training databases and generate statistical reports to assess training effectiveness during orientation and ongoing career development.
  • Identify training needs, develop course materials, and facilitate engaging presentations.
  • Deliver training sessions that inspire and motivate participants, both in group settings and one-on-one.
  • Oversee MICS, TICS, and SOPS; conduct certification training sessions.
  • Collaborate with venue management to address issues and communicate concerns and successes to the Operational Training Department promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to maintain a CNGC License.
  • Proven experience in developing training plans.
  • Experience in delivering training programs to diverse groups, including large audiences.
  • Minimum of two years of training experience.
  • Background in hospitality operations.
Must be able to obtain an Oklahoma ABLE license and Gaming License.
