We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Cleaning Services by Request. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers' medical buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
- Terminal Cleaning: Clean and sanitize exam and OR rooms, recovery areas, and other high-touch areas.
- Supply Management: Order and manage supplies and equipment for your work site.
- Equipment Maintenance: Properly care for and maintain equipment and tools.
- Security and Access: Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as required.
- Physical Demands: Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 25lbs.
- Experience and Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (not required but preferred). Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced, multi-tasked environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Competitive Pay: Starting at $15.50 per hour.
