Mechanic Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Mechanic to join our team at Bowlero Corp. As an Assistant Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to any necessary repairs.
• Take pride in maintaining the equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs and monitor and perform daily center maintenance as instructed.
• Embrace the opportunity to complete the Bowlero Corp Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed timeframe.
• Provide valuable assistance to the leadership teams and promptly report any issues and problems as needed.
• Identify and resolve common issues with equipment.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance.
• Understand how to operate all bowling equipment in the center.

• High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (Optional).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven team player.
• Eager to continue training in order to advance into a Mechanic role.
• Candidates with previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

The approximate pay range for this position is $16-$18/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
