Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of functions in our mill or finish line production area, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of functions in mill or finish line production area as needed
  • Work any or all positions in mill or finish line production area
  • Perform any other duties assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Good hand-eye coordination desirable
Working Conditions

  • Regularly standing, walking, stretching, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements
  • Frequently required to talk or hear
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally push more than 100 pounds
  • Must be able to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment and an environment that is usually loud
  • Work near moving mechanical parts
