We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Minnehaha Country Club. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations of our Casual Dining restaurant, directly managing a staff of 10-20 employees, and providing ongoing training and professional development to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service experiences.

This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes performance bonuses, paid holidays, paid time off, health coverage, life insurance, short-term disability, AFLAC, 401k retirement plan with company contributions, complimentary employee meals, complimentary golf, and discounts on merchandise.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of dining room/restaurant supervisory experience in a full-service, a la carte restaurant or private club, preferably with fine dining experience. A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in hospitality is preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, web browsing, and experience with restaurant point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities will include maintaining excellence in service standards, leading staff through all steps of service training and execution, collaborating with back-of-house management and staff, hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating restaurant staff, managing reservation systems, planning restaurant set-up based on anticipated traffic and member needs, assisting in creating and maintaining beverage programs, directing pre-meal meetings, greeting and seating members and guests, analyzing revenue and expense reports, confirming time and attendance, and approving payroll.
