About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at CHI Health Immanuel. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients recover from illness, injury, or age-related issues. Your expertise will enable patients to regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct initial and re-evaluation assessments to track patient progress
  • Document all treatments and note any changes in patient status
  • Customize treatments to meet individual patient needs, thinking creatively and going above and beyond when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and best practices in physical therapy, sharing your expertise with colleagues
  • Deliver exceptional care to every patient, every time
Requirements
  • Any combination of BS, MS, MPT, or DPT degree
  • Active physical therapy license in the state of Nebraska
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
Compensation

$50.00 per hour, with time and a half pay for holidays
