Branch Ambassador Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Ambassador to join our team at Educational Federal Credit Union. As a key representative of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting the benefits of credit union membership and driving business growth.

About the Role

This position requires a charismatic individual who is passionate about building relationships and promoting financial services to the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and tracking progress towards business development goals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote credit union services to schools, colleges, associations, and community groups
- Collaborate with Retail and Lending stakeholders to create targeted promotional campaigns
- Manage schedules to ensure accurate logging of assignments, relationship goals, outbound calls, activities, and events in a contact management solution
- Maintain records and prepare monthly reports on community outreach activities, business relationships, Select Employee Group engagement efforts, and results
- Build a database of viable prospects for new sponsor relationships and schedule business development meetings to increase the credit union's field of membership
- Participate in festivals, fairs, and trade shows to promote new business for the credit union

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Team player with ability to interact with all levels of staff in the organization
- Working knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
