Position Overview:

As a PIV Card Enrollment Specialist at Citizant, you will play a crucial role in managing the enrollment process for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards. Your expertise will ensure that applicants receive the necessary support and guidance throughout their enrollment journey.

Salary Range:
$37,800 - $51,400 (commensurate with experience).

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment Coordination:
Organize and facilitate appointments for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.

Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding PIV credentials and access control.

Oversee the enrollment process, ensuring accurate verification of applicant identities and collection of required documentation.

Documentation Management:
Efficiently gather and record personal information, biometric data, and other essential details from applicants.

Ensure compliance with established guidelines for document completion and submission.

Identity Verification:
Authenticate submitted documents and information to mitigate fraudulent enrollment attempts.

Utilize approved verification techniques to confirm applicant identities prior to enrollment.

Data Security and Compliance:

Record Maintenance:
Keep precise records of the enrollment process, documenting applicant information, enrollment dates, and any challenges faced.

Develop and maintain spreadsheets to track the status of new applicants, contractors, and federal employee files.

Continuous Learning:
