Human Resources Director Job Description

At BIG HORN Rehabilitation and Care Center, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the HR policies and programs that support our mission to create inviting, home-like environments for our skilled nursing centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR policies and programs with a focus on recruitment, retention, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in long-term care is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage, multi-task, and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality service.
