Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Bid Specialist to drive our K-12 bid process. This role involves leading the bids team, handling RFPs, developing win strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring high-quality, timely bid submissions. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full K-12 bid process, from initiation to submission.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and more to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop effective win strategies and manage supplier negotiations to drive business growth.
  • Track risks, manage the bid budget, and ensure timely submissions to meet client expectations.
  • Contribute to proposal content and client presentations to showcase our expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 4+ years of bid management experience, with K-12 experience a significant advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
  • Strong financial understanding and decision-making abilities are required to drive business growth.
