Job Title: Lead Java Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex technology initiatives, including company-wide projects with broad impact.
  • Develop and implement standards and best practices for engineering complex technology solutions.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs.
  • Analyze complex technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives.
  • Make decisions on developing standards and best practices for engineering and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and senior technology teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Development in Java.
  • 3+ years of experience in Spring Boot.
  • 3+ years of experience in Database Technologies such as Oracle or Mongo DB.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile working environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • 2+ years of experience in Kafka.
  • 2+ years of experience in Rest API.
  • 2+ years of experience in Microservices or SOA.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Process Orchestration.
  • 2+ years' experience with API Gateway and Containerization.
  • 2+ years of experience in Cloud Implementation (Azure, Kubernetes, Google or PCF).
  • Knowledge of Stored procedures using Oracle.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience leading and coaching junior staff.
  • Experience in Front End development using Angular or React JS.
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Experience working with Wholesale Payments is a plus.
  • Experience in Oracle Service Bus is a plus.
  • Strong design experience in Design Patterns, Domain Driven Design, and Event-based integration.
Pay Range:

$60-$70
