- Authorize limited financial assistance to clients, with supervisory approval.
- Identify and report systems issues to the Program Director, contributing to the development of solutions and best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, enhancing skills and knowledge to address the complexities of Adult Protective Services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the program.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- One year of case management experience in a social service or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality service to clients and manage job responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups, including those with varying needs and backgrounds.
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed, with flexibility to adapt to changing program demands.
