Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental, you will be a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. You will manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development. You will work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Competitive compensation with unlimited bonus potential, including a sign-on bonus of $1,000 monthly stipend for the first 12 months of employment. Requirements:

An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution, active dental hygiene license in the state of practice, and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
