  • Train and mentor inventory staff, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of all company offerings.
  • Oversee showroom operations, monitoring staff interactions with customers to ensure effective communication.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain awareness of relevant policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate customer returns and maintain accurate product availability records.

The primary focus of this position is to ensure effective order fulfillment while maintaining precise inventory records. Previous experience in inventory management is essential, and familiarity with dispensary operations is preferred.

Compensation: Starting salary is $50,000 per year. The Flowery conducts annual performance evaluations at its discretion. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, paid time off, and holidays following a probationary period. Salary offers are based on various factors, including experience.
