Job Title: Commercial Entry Door Technician

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a skilled Commercial Entry Door Technician to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a Commercial Entry Door Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial entry doors, entry door hardware, hollow metal frames, pre-hung doors, and trim.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial entry doors, entry door hardware, hollow metal frames, pre-hung doors, and trim.
  • Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that the job site is clean and clear of debris.
  • Provide excellent customer service on every job.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently; the ability to bend, climb, and stand for an extended amount of time.
  • 1-3 years of construction or carpentry experience preferred; experience using power tools, saws, nail guns, and hand tools is required.
  • Willing to train the right candidate.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from job sites.
