Super Soccer Stars is an organization committed to fostering competitive soccer experiences for young athletes. In this leadership role, you will have the chance to mentor skilled players on our travel teams, enhancing their abilities and guiding them towards their aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute engaging soccer training sessions
- Foster a positive and encouraging team atmosphere
- Formulate and apply individualized player development strategies
- Maintain effective communication with players, guardians, and fellow coaches
- Lead competitive teams in league matches and tournaments
- Conduct training sessions during the fall and spring on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
- Organize winter training with two practices per team each week
Qualifications:
If you are enthusiastic about soccer and enjoy mentoring young athletes, this opportunity is ideal for you. Join us in making a significant impact on the journeys of aspiring soccer players.
- Prior experience in coaching at the club, high school, or collegiate level
- Experience specifically in coaching girls' soccer
- Strong understanding of soccer, with a background in collegiate play (professional experience preferred)
- Capability and experience in coaching players aged u11-u12
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid coaching credentials (Minimum USSF 'D' license, with USSF 'C' license preferred)
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: $11,000-$13,000 annually based on experience, structured around a 10-month contract with additional coaching opportunities available.
