Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PM Server to join our team at Pchresorts. As a PM Server, you will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, handling cashiering responsibilities, and ensuring that all food and beverage items are served according to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service.
• Handle cashiering responsibilities and ensure that all transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Serve all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures.
• Assist with busing tables when necessary and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Exercise positive warm hospitality and strive for finer points of service.

Requirements

• High School or better in HS Diploma/GED.
• Food/Bev Handler Card.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Knowledge of food items and menu offerings.
