Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room according to established protocols.
  • Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by providing instruments, supplies, and other necessary materials.
  • Maintain a sterile field throughout the surgical procedure.
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond promptly.
  • Document surgical procedures accurately and thoroughly.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control policies.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or five (5) consecutive years of training/experience as a Surgical Tech.
  • Recent clinical experience as a CST/Surg Tech.
  • National Certification is highly preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • If Certified, current Surgical Technologist certification is required.
  • An Oklahoma LPN license, if applicable, is required.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.39 to $28.40 per hour, commensurate with experience. Shift and weekend differentials are available.
