Responsibilities:
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive health assessments and diagnosing acute and chronic illnesses.
- Developing and implementing patient care plans, including prescribing medications and therapies.
- Providing health promotion and disease prevention education to patients.
Qualifications:
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California.
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare).
- Completion of state-mandated educational courses.
Pay Range:
$70.43 - $78.88 /hour
