About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a Technical Leader - Workplace Services. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-level collaboration and productivity tools, including Microsoft M365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Active Directory, Directory Services, and Exchange.

This position involves leading a globally dispersed team, collaborating with vendors, and developing strategies to improve operational stability and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on HP Inc.'s strategic objectives to transform IT Infrastructure and Operations into an innovative, agile, and lean organization providing end-user services.

  • Build and lead a globally dispersed team to deliver high-quality systems focused on infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with vendors to provide operational and financial excellence.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational stability and enhance user experiences.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technology degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Technology / Operations, with at least 5 years of senior management experience.

  • Proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams in times of change in global matrix environments.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to effectively work with and influence others and act as a change leader.

  • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively.
