Job Overview

Lotte Hotel Seattle is seeking a skilled and charismatic Lead Bartender to join our dynamic beverage team. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the bar, supervising bartenders, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train bartenders to provide a high-quality customer experience
  • Manage bar operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Develop and implement new menu items and beverage programs
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment
  • Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage services, with a focus on bartending and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
