Key Responsibilities for a Licensed Nursing Professional (RN):
  • Execute necessary skills (assessment, intervention) in accordance with established guidelines, forms, policies, and procedures.
  • Formulate a care plan that reflects an understanding of criteria to identify residents' specific needs based on health care issues.
  • Implement the care plan that shows familiarity with criteria to prioritize resident needs based on expected outcomes.
  • Carry out physicians' directives; administer medications, initiate IVs, conduct treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document care as mandated by company policy and local/state/federal regulations.

Qualifications for a Licensed Nursing Professional (RN):
  • Valid New York State RN license.
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
