Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric care in the comfort of patients' own homes. As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements:
  • Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
