Job Description:

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a travel job in Melrose, Minnesota. As a Physical Therapist with Epic Travel Staffing Allied, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
