Job Title: Audiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Becker Health. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of audiological services, including diagnostic testing, counseling, and rehabilitative planning.

Job Summary:

The Audiologist will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive audiological care. This includes administering diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and making recommendations for treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer diagnostic audiological tests to assess hearing and balance function
  • Interpret test results and make recommendations for treatment
  • Provide counseling and rehabilitative planning for patients with hearing and balance disorders
  • Work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive audiological care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in audiology or clinical doctorate in audiology
  • Current valid license in audiology from the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance
  • Certification of clinical competency from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and/or membership in The American Academy of Audiology
  • 2-3 years of experience in an ambulatory or healthcare setting
