Incentives Offered:
Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: This program is designed to support our Imaging staff in eligible positions, providing financial assistance for student loans. Eligible employees working 32 hours or more per pay period can receive monthly payments directly to their loan servicer, up to $370 monthly, with a lifetime maximum of $20,000.
Role Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Mammography Supervisor and Senior Mammographer, you will conduct professional mammography services and provide education within the Breast Imaging department.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Radiology program is required. Preference for candidates with 40 hours of mammography training, though training may be provided for suitable candidates.
- Licensure: ARRT registry must be obtained within 6 months of hire; Mammography registry to be completed within one year post-training if not already certified.
- Experience: A minimum of two years in Radiology and Mammography is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
- Certifications: ARRT Certification is mandatory or registry eligible within 6 months of hire. Mammography certification must be achieved within a specified timeframe if hired without prior mammography experience. BLS certification is also required.
- Other Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively as part of a team.
