We are seeking a skilled Pipeline Construction Specialist to join our team at Valenti-Held Contractor/Developer, Inc. As a key member of our utilities team, you will be responsible for laying pipe sections, setting manholes, and finishing structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laying Pipe Sections: Lay pipe sections to ensure proper installation and connection to existing infrastructure.
- Setting Manholes and Finishing Structures: Set manholes and finish structures to ensure safe and efficient access to underground utilities.
- Checking Pipe and Other Elevations: Check pipe and other elevations to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Shoveling or Sweeping of Materials: Shovel or sweep materials to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operating Air Hammers, Pumps, Compactors, Saws, and Other Small Tools: Operate air hammers, pumps, compactors, saws, and other small tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Working Productively for Short Periods of Time Without Supervision: Work productively for short periods of time without supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
- Working Well Individually or with Others in a Team Setting: Work well individually or with others in a team setting, demonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills.
