Class Summary

Job Overview
The Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist will join the ERP Oracle team, acting as a crucial link between business needs and the implementation process. This role encompasses configuring, designing solutions, and providing ongoing support. The primary focus will be on the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations, data migrations, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on integration development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI) across various business applications.
  • Develop integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) to resolve technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to establish integration business rules and mapping for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Ensure effective design, construction, deployment, documentation, and maintenance of interfaces within the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform.
  • Analyze, design, code, debug, test, and modify software or enhancements, considering existing software capabilities.
  • Work closely with ERP functional and technical teams throughout the Oracle implementation and phased go-lives.
  • Participate in the strategic design, construction, and implementation of solutions in the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment, collaborating with partners across the organization.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business process documents, process flows, policies and procedures, strategies, etc., demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Additional Requirements
  • This position requires a public safety background check, including motor vehicle histories, criminal histories, credit check, and fingerprinting.
  • On-call rotation and emergency after-hours, weekends, and/or holidays may be required.
  • This position is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule after an initial probationary period and individual approval.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND
  • Five years of progressively responsible IT experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job will also be considered.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system, including knowledge of its modules, functionality, and underlying architecture.
  • Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other systems.
  • Solid understanding of data migration principles and hands-on experience in performing data conversions from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Strong skills in designing and developing reports and dashboards using tools like Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or other reporting tools within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), or Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Ability to analyze complex integration issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
