Quality Assurance Specialist

SF Staffing Solutions seeks a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing test and statistical process control procedures to achieve quality specifications for all manufacturing processes.
This role involves the following key responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing sample techniques, control charts, pareto diagrams, and other aspects of SPC.
- Instructing and coordinating employees involved in SPC development and implementation.
- Designing or acquiring tools for process control and lab test procedures.
- Acquiring, designing, or fabricating equipment for process control or laboratory procedures.
- Auditing and analyzing process procedures to assure performance to specifications.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of quality assurance experience. Previous Automotive or Tier 1 experience is also desirable. Experience in ISO 9000 or TS16949 standards and facilitating continuous improvement using formal quality methodology and tools is essential.
This position offers an estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
