We are seeking a highly skilled Security Ambassador and Branch Operations Manager to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Scottsdale. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for customers and employees, while also providing exceptional service and support to drive sales and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Tiffany ambassador and first point of contact for customers, providing a positive experience from beginning to end.
  • Deepen relationships with customers to drive lifetime loyalty and spend, while acting as a security and service expert.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion for the Tiffany brand.
  • Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service, including partnering with senior security officers and management to deter theft and respond to emergency situations.
  • Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to, including conducting daily inspections, equipment checks, and reporting missing assets.
  • Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with the store team to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in a retail or security environment, as well as prior experience in a security-related position.
