Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in a rural setting. This position offers a unique blend of clinical challenge and quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits

The total annual compensation package for this role is approximately $325,000, consisting of a base salary and various benefits.

  • A competitive base salary of $300,000 per year
  • $12,500 annually for student loan assistance
  • Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
  • Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Malpractice coverage provided by the hospital for employees and partially covered for 1099 contractors
Job Description

This CRNA will work in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a busy obstetric department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including orthopedic and endoscopic procedures.

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of deliveries (averaging 270 per year)
  • No weekends or on-call required outside of a standard schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A willingness to work in a rural setting and adapt to a new community
