**Job Summary**
As a Clinical Nurse Team Leader at workatuphs, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operations of our Behavioral Health department. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to promote a culture of excellence and safety
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
**Requirements**
- Graduate of a School of Nursing program with a BSN degree
- Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a behavioral health setting
- Current RN license in New Mexico or compact state
- Current CPR certification
- ACLS certification for areas where moderate sedation is performed
