Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at preserving, enhancing, and restoring optimal physical capabilities.
Department:
HPTE SNF Physical Therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy techniques to improve mobility and functionality.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a BS or MS degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. A valid Physical Therapist license is required upon hire. Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred.
For clinical roles, internal candidates must have held the same job title or a comparable position for a minimum of nine (9) continuous months within the last two (2) years. All candidates must meet orientation and probationary requirements.

Hourly wage ranges from $42.15 to $53.34, determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
