Job Title: Full Stack Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in the MERN Stack and proficiency in Python and JavaScript libraries and syntax.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support empirical product development, including grooming Product Backlog, ensuring team communication, and identifying impediments while practicing agility.
  • Communicate clearly as a key member of the Development Team, with strong interpersonal skills and a quick learning ability.
  • Develop and deploy web applications using cloud resources (AWS/Azure/Google) and containers (Docker).
  • Connect APIs (REST, SOAP, HTTP Methods) and use Elasticsearch for index, query, and aggregation.
  • Recommend viable options and develop action plans and strategies to implement approved options.
  • Ensure data quality issues are addressed and apply experience in addressing data issues for quality assurance.
  • Develop relationships and resolve conflicts, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously, with a focus on extreme accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience as a Full Stack Software Developer.
  • Proficiency in the MERN Stack, Python, and JavaScript libraries and syntax.
  • Experience with SQL or other relational databases.
  • Experience deploying and monitoring web applications using cloud resources and containers.
  • Demonstrated high proficiency in server-side back-end libraries and architecture.
  • Ability to connect APIs and use Elasticsearch.
  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS Professional or Specialty certification, are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of Agile development experience.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML and Deep Learning models.
  • Experience with GOVCLOUD and Iron Bank resources.
  • Experience building APIs and proficient in HTTP Methods, Postman development/testing of REST and/or SOAP APIs, and CRUD actions.
