Our OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our Corporate Headquarters in Paris, IL. This role will involve performing information security risk assessments, security improvement processes, and administration of security-related software. We offer relocation assistance to candidates outside of the Central/Southern Illinois area.
Your Priorities- Maintain, manage, and troubleshoot corporate endpoint security solutions
- Identify security weaknesses and make recommendations for the improvement of security strategies
- Research and recommend new security technologies while providing support of enterprise security architecture and design
- Responsible for auditing security logs of servers, routers, firewalls, etc.
- Investigate, document, and report any actual or potential information security violations
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, plus 2+ years of professional experience in IT or a related position. Experience with wireless networking, network analyzers, scripting languages, IDS/IPS, Windows/Linux server administration, firewalls, VPNs, and penetration testing is preferred. One or more of the following certifications is also preferred: Certified Ethical Hacker (CHE), CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).
