Position Overview:
Our Diagnostics division is seeking a Lead Cloud Solutions Architect. This role is pivotal in developing innovative informatics products that enhance our healthcare offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of system and software architecture to support informatics initiatives.
- Oversee the evolution and maintenance of Cloud Infrastructure for SaaS applications, utilizing Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
- Develop and deploy Cloud Platform Infrastructure using GitOps methodologies, specifically Helm and Flux CD, while adhering to Agile practices.
- Create and manage Helm charts for the deployment of Platform as a Service (PaaS) Infrastructure.
- Partner with Application Development Teams to construct essential Platform Infrastructure components and services, employing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) techniques.
- Establish and maintain build workflows using GitHub GitActions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot deployment-related issues for both platforms and applications.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality informatics products.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure and platform services.
- Proficient in GitOps for managing infrastructure and application configurations.
- Experience in setting up observability and monitoring systems.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C, Go, or JavaScript, along with expertise in shell scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Artifactory is essential.
